Jam making

On a visit to my friends new house I notices plum like looking fruit on a tree. They turned out to be Bullaces and make very good jam.


My 1kg of fruit made 6 jars of lovely yummy jam :)


Oh and my Cath Kidston order arrived....what do you think?

    I think your bag is just what I would pick, nice and spotty.
    Was it easy making the Jam, I always think it would be a messy job..x

    Emma - Jam making is so easy. I was put off by the mess! I took 1kg of fruit and 1kg of preserving sugar and boiled it for 20 mins then popped into sterilised jars :)
