Crochet

My lovely friend Proby over at Purple Proby spent a evening teaching me how to crochet.  She is new to blogging, please do pay her a visit :)

Not perfect but i am getting the hang of it. I can't wait to move onto my advanced pattens! one step at a time Sarah!

  6. I am trying hard at the moment to learn - think I've finally cracked the actions - just need to learn the stitches next!!

    Yours is looking good - one day the first granny square - next week a whole blanket!

  7. You may like the Happy Hooker book, I have found it great for learning crochet and borrowed it from the library :-)

  9. Great first attempts at crochet, once I got started I was 'hooked' :)

    I've still got one swap parcel at the sorting office, I'll pick it up tomorrow (just not had chance because of half term) will let you know if it's yours :)

  12. Hi Sarah, yes the card was yours! Just a little note but it went to the sorting office because there wasn't enough postage on it. It's not a problem I really don't mind but thought I should tell you in case you sent another in the same way. The card needs to be no more than 5mm thick for a normal stamp, anything over that and you need to pay more! Thanks for my lovely things I love the hanging bird :) x
