Fast Fudge Brownies

I have wanted to take part in the 52 recipe challenge on the County Heart and Home blog, but I'm allergic to bananas and could not make the carrot cake from this week. So I was culling my cooking books and came across a magazine from 2002. Inside was this recipe which was a new one to me.

Fast Fudge Brownies
Makes 9
Prep 10 mins
Cooking 30 mins

175g Butter
4 tbsp Chocolate spread
10 tbsp soft brown sugar
2 eggs
55g SR flour
2 tsp cocoa powder
55g Walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 180oc and grease an 18cm square tin

Mix all the ingredients together ( i used a mixer )

Place the mixture into the tin and bake for 20 mins.

Allow to cool in the tin, dust with icing sugar then cut into squares.

The magazine was a family circle food for kids from may 2002.
Ingredients all ready to go!Ready for the mixer to go onIt took about 3 mins on a slow mix.
My finished brownie, it fell apart a little. Were lovely and gooey in the middle.
